Birth Support Services
The word “doula” comes from the Greek word “doule” which means “woman who serves.”
A birth doula, is a woman who provides continuous physical, emotional. and informational support before, during, and after childbirth.
From guiding you through research, recommending books/resources, helping to make a birth plan, to supporting you/your partner/your family physically and emotionally through labor, advocating for your birth wishes, to being there for you those early postpartum moments when you need a little help with breastfeeding or just need someone to talk to..
I am here to serve you however you need.
